SHIPPING NOTICE
Due to COVID-19, there may shipping delays beyond our control. Delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network are not the responsibility of Daijah Janae LLC. Once your order has been shipped through UPS, please allow up to 2-5 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. Shipping costs covers shipping to your provided address including insurance and signature confirmaton. Please note that all international customs charges are subject to your location and are your financial responsibility. We are unable to forecast custom charges for varied locations. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Daijah Janae LLC wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases but unfortunately all sales are FINAL. For the safety of you and all of our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items from our store. Once the product has been shipped, we can no longer be of any assistance. Human hair is considered a hygienic product, therefore we can not refund or exchange any products. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.

In the event that a customer opts for a refund for a purchase made on our website, and such a request is unrelated to any error on our part, a restocking fee of $200 shall apply. Please be advised that associated fees applicable to every order will be the responsibility of the customer. Instances of errors related to installment payments are attributed to the customer's side rather than our own. Customers acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions before completing the checkout process; therefore, any oversight resulting from their failure to thoroughly review is not considered our responsibility.

There will be a $200 restocking fee if you request a refund before your order ships on any product purchased. MISSING, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
Daijah Janae LLC packages and fulfills all orders in our warehouse. We carefully prepare your shipment to ensure that all items purchased are included and secured in the elected packaging. In the event your item arrives defective or damaged contact us within 2 days of receipt to begin the exchange process for your item(s). In the rare and unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. For all approved claims of missing items, the full order must be returned to Daijah Janae LLC in the original sale condition. Upon delivery and inspection a refund will be issued.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Daijah Janae LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service. All orders come with full packaged insurance (UPS). In the event that you do not have possession of your delivered item, please inform us and open a claim with the shipping carrier - we will open a claim as well. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or a credit towards your next order.
CUSTOM WIG UNITS AND CUSTOM COLOR
Custom wig units and custom color wig units are NON-REFUNDABLE! Custom wigs that are made with measurements can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Custom unit colors are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. HAIR CARE
We (Daijah Janae LLC) are not responsible for the care of your wig unit. In your shipment package, you are sent Hair Care instructions. If the hair becomes tangled, dry and damaged due to improper hair care, we are not responsible.
To properly care for your raw hair from Daijah Janae, we've come up with tips for you to follow:
Properly Washing:
Shampoo and condition hair weekly using warm water and our signature shampoo and conditioner. Cleansing the hair once a week will prevent dirt and sweat build-up and as a result prevent tangling. During the conditioning process, we highly recommend to let the hair sit with conditioner for one hour and rinse it out with cold water. After cleansing, apply leave-in conditioner at ends of hair, working upwards towards the roots.
Detangling:
Make sure to gently comb Raw hair extensions and wigs after each wash and every day. When detangling the hair, begin at the ends and work up little by little to the roots. Keep a spray bottle handy to keep hair moist, easing the process and minimizing breakage.
Drying:
It is important to let the extensions and wigs air dry and if a blow-dryer is necessary, keep setting on cool. The heat from a blow dryer can damage the hair and even shorten the life-span. To prevent tangling while air drying, section and plait hair into large braids.
Avoiding Dry Ends:
Use silk serum right after cleanse to combat heat and split ends while helping to leave your hair with a luminous shine. This method works as a protective coat on hair, preventing water from evaporating, thus helping to keep it hydrated, soft, and healthy.
