ORDERING & PAYMENT
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Approved exceptions, if any, are issued as store credit only and are granted at the sole discretion of Daijah Janae Hair Company.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes. We offer installment options such as Shop Pay and Klarna. Please note that installment payments are subject to additional processing and restocking fees if an order is canceled.
What is the Order Confirmation Form and why is it required?
The Order Confirmation Form is required to protect both you and Daijah Janae Hair Company from unauthorized or fraudulent purchases. Completion of the form serves as your authorization for us to process and ship your order.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until the form is completed in full.
What happens if I don’t complete the Order Confirmation Form?
If the Order Confirmation Form is not completed within 2 business days of purchase, your order will be canceled, refunded, and subject to a $200 restocking fee.
Installment orders will incur an additional 15% processing fee.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Why do I need to upload my ID?
For fraud prevention and customer protection, we may require a government-issued ID to verify certain orders—especially high-value purchases.
Does my ID information have to match my order details?
Yes. The name and address on your uploaded ID must match the name and shipping address on your order.
If the information does not match, please email customerservice@daijahjanae.com, and our team will assist you further.
Is my information secure?
Yes. All information submitted through our verification process is handled securely and used solely for order authorization and fraud prevention. We do not use ID information for marketing purposes.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Grayson, Georgia, USA.
How long does processing take?
Processing times vary by product type and are listed on each product page. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier immediately and notify us so a claim can be filed.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with photo or video documentation. All claims are reviewed and approved at our discretion.
What if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing, contact us within 2 days of delivery. For approved claims, the entire order may be required to be returned for verification before resolution.
CUSTOM & FINAL SALE ITEMS
Are custom wig units refundable?
No. All custom wig units and custom color units are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified once production has begun.
Will my custom color look exactly like the photo?
Custom colors are created by hand and made to order. While we strive for accuracy, exact color matches are not guaranteed due to lighting, hair texture, and screen variations.
HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE
How should I care for my wig or extensions?
Proper care is essential for maintaining the longevity of your unit. We highly recommend using the Daijah Janae Hair Company Hair Care Collection, which is specifically formulated for our hair.
Detailed care instructions are included with every order.
What if my hair becomes dry, tangled, or sheds?
Once worn, installed, washed, or styled, hair care becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, chemicals, or environmental factors.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Can I file a chargeback if I’m unhappy with my order?
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us and in violation of our policies is considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can assist appropriately.
