OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Daijah Janae Hair Studio LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using daijahjanae.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

ORDER AUTHORIZATION & ID VERIFICATION

All orders require completion of our Order Confirmation Form, which serves as purchase authorization and fraud prevention.

• Orders will not be processed or shipped until the form is completed in full
• Failure to complete the form within 2 business days will result in order cancellation
• A $200 restocking fee will apply
• Installment orders (Klarna, Shop Pay, etc.) are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee

We reserve the right to request government-issued ID and supporting documentation. If verification fails or information does not match the order details, we may cancel the order at our discretion.

PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, color, texture, and appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of human hair.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Grayson, Georgia, USA.

• Processing times vary by product
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or volume are not our responsibility
• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
• Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products:

• All sales are final
• No exchanges are offered
• Approved returns (rare) are issued as store credit only
• Store credit is granted solely at our discretion

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

RESTOCKING FEES

If an order is canceled after processing has begun and order has not been shipped:

• $200 restocking fee applies
• Installment orders incur an additional 15% processing fee

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All custom wig units, custom color units, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

Color results are an artistic service and cannot be guaranteed to match reference photos exactly.

HAIR CARE RESPONSIBILITY

Once worn, installed, styled, washed, or altered, the hair becomes the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for:

• Tangling, matting, shedding due to wear or care
• Texture changes
• Color fading or brassiness
• Heat, chemical, or environmental damage

MISSING, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Claims must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Items must be unused and unaltered
• Full order return may be required for verification
• Resolution is at our discretion (store credit or replacement)

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks in violation of these Terms.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in:

• Permanent service refusal
• Evidence submission to payment processors
• Potential legal action

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daijah Janae Hair Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daijah Janae Hair Studio LLC from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
