International Shipping & Returns Policy

At Daijah Janae Hair Company, we proudly offer international shipping to select countries. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping regulations, the following policies apply to all orders shipped outside of the United States.

 

Order Confirmation Requirement (Required for All Orders)

All customers are required to complete the Order Confirmation Form in its entirety after placing an order.

If the Order Confirmation Form is not fully completed within 2 business days of purchase, the order will be automatically canceled, refunded, and subject to a $200 restocking fee.

If the order was placed using an installment payment option such as Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, or similar services, an additional 15% restocking fee will apply in addition to the $200 restocking fee.

Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the Order Confirmation Form link prior to purchasing to ensure understanding of all required information and to avoid delays, cancellations, or additional fees.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx and include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.

Once an order has shipped from the United States, ownership of the product transfers to the customer. Daijah Janae Hair Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or international processing.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT or brokerage fees

These charges are not included in your purchase total and are determined by your country’s customs authority.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will be considered forfeited, and no store credit or replacement will be issued.

International Returns

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on international orders.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale on international orders and are not eligible for return or exchanges:

• All wig units
• Any item marked “Final Sale”
  

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to customer error or unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for store credit or replacement.
